Arc is a new organization launched in 2008 with the goal to bridge knowledge and resource gaps between the energy and microfinance sectors. Arc develops innovative linkages between microfinance institutions (MFIs) and energy businesses and also supports the improvement of existing energy lending programs in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
